Recipe: How to Make Marijuana-Infused Ambrosia Fruit Salad | Leafly

Ambrosia, the esteemed Southern summer fruit salad, is a true classic. This recipe is loved for its sweet and tangy tropical theme and textured goodness. Luckily for us, it’s one of the easiest recipes to make and one of the easiest to infuse with cannabis.

That said, it can be modified to include any infused cooking oil or your cannabis tincture of choice.

Like we said, easy-peasy.

Directions

  1. Incorporate all of the ingredients the cannabis oil into a medium-sized mixing bowl.
  2. Carefully fold ingredients together with tongs until the mixture is homogenous and coated in sour cream.
  3. Distribute the cannabis coconut oil as evenly as possible over the fruit mixture. Use tongs to incorporate it thoroughly throughout the salad over the course of several minutes (understirring may result in variations in cannabis potency).
  4. Seal mixing bowl and store in refrigerator for 3–5 hours until cool and ready to serve.
  5. Serve chilled in small bowls with a mint sprig garnish.

*Note: The amount of cannabis coconut oil specified in this recipe is a very loose suggestion; the actual amount you use should be modified based on the strength of your oil and the potency you desire. The best way to test for potency is to start with one portion of a serving, wait one to two hours, then make an informed decision on whether to consume more. Always dose carefully and listen to your body, and never drive under the influence of cannabis.
